Youth Council:
- Meets weekly
- Has food and drinks and fun (FDF)
- Has kids ranging from 6-11th grade in: Newport, Middletown, Portsmouth, Little Compton & Jamestown
- Accomplishments include: spring carnival for 200 plus kids,surveyed 900 kids

The iNCASE Youth Council is a group of students grades 6-10 from communities throughout Newport County. The mission of the Youth Council is: “We are responsible, kind, respectful kids reaching out from different organizations helping others of different age groups and locations meet new friends and try new things”. Relay for Life was identified by the participants on the Youth Council as their charity of choice.
